  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
